20 Comic Characters That Are Total Rip-Offs‏

14. Bullseye

Bullseye is a master assassin like no other, because he doesn't necessarily need to carry a gun: in his capable hands, anything can be turned into a weapon, and he never misses his target. Hence the name.

As such, he tends to be pretty busy in the Marvel Universe, often being hired to kill Daredevil and everybody he loves (but only ever managing the latter).

Totally a rip-off of: Deadshot

Floyd Lawton is an assassin-for-hire in the DC Universe who boasts that he "never misses" and is so similar to Bullseye that both companies all but admitted to it by pitching the two against each other in Marvel vs DC and then combining them into one character in the ensuing Amalgam line of comics.

Deadshot doesn't appear to be quite as psychopathic as Daredevil, and has never become quite so obsessed with a hero as the Marvel villain, but the occupation and motto are pretty darn indistinct.
