19. The Joker Has No Interest In Bruce Wayne...Even Though He Knows He's Batman
Whether or not Commissioner Gordon knows that Bruce Wayne is Batman has been teased for decades, but the answer to The Joker probably being aware of the Caped Crusader's dual identity is more solid. He has no interest in the man beneath the mask; he cares only about Batman. Of course, that hasn't stopped the Clown Prince of Crime from digging up the bodies of Martha and Thomas Wayne or invading the Batcave a number of times. In fact, on a recent trip to the Dark Knight's underground hideout - which he initially discovered after hiding beneath Batman's boat - The Joker chopped off Alfred's hand! In a twisted way, The Joker believes that he's making Batman a better hero by constantly plaguing him, and that Bruce Wayne is simply a meaningless disguise he uses.
