Deadpool is often haunted by the fact that his remarkable self-healing powers prevent him from ever dying. This is particularly irritating given his crush on Death, who he can never truly be with. On more than occasion he's thought about killing everyone that has ever read his comics in order that there is no need for any more Deadpool comics to exist - thus killing his character off. Who needs a fourth wall, anyway?
