2. Barbara Gordon
Barbara Gordon is too often overlooked. She's sensationally intelligent, handles pressure well, and is always up to any task and challenge. She's that restless, fiery spirit that's needed for a president, and she's certainly the only member of the Bat family capable of handling such a job. She spends hour after hour researching, learning, and analyzing the details of a specific event, she's well-learned, and her ability to make quick executive decisions easily puts her at the top of the list for potential candidates. Jim Gordon would certainly be proud, and Barbara wouldn't give him any reason not to be. After all, if she's got Batman's vote, what can we really say that makes her candidacy one that shouldn't be taken seriously?
