3. Fighting Prowess

When people think of Doctor Doom, they don't usually think of a man with great physical abilities - they tend to think of his great mind. But the fact is that Doom is very, very skilled in both armed and unarmed combat. Doom has defeated a lion whilst as naked as the day he was born (see the picture above), been taught by - and indeed been the teacher of - some of the greatest swords-masters in Europe, wielded Captain America's shield as proficiently as Steve Rogers himself and demonstrated pressure point/nerve striking abilities against human opponents. It is also worth noting that, whilst in his armour, Doom has fought blow for blow against the likes of the Hulk, Thor and the Thing - some real heavy-hitters of the superhero world. Underestimate him at your peril.
