5 Reasons You NEED To Read Image Comics' Black Science

1. The Story Of The End Of Everything

Black Science Rick Remender
Image Comics

It doesn't get a great deal more epic than a story depicting the end of reality itself, and without dropping any spoilers it becomes quickly apparent that meddling with the natural multidimensional order of infinite reality - for personal gain - can be potentially unwise.

As Black Science unfolds it swiftly becomes a contrasting story of a desperate family becoming increasingly aware of the value of morality, while the immediate world around them becomes more immoral and greedy and therefore dangerously susceptible to self-imposed destruction.

For all the otherworldly creatures, technologies and physical exertion of Black Science, it’s fair to say that any reader can draw a distinct parallel with our all-too-real and most likely one-of-a-kind Planet Earth. The more sentient among us may even learn a valuable lesson or two from this comic: humbleness is more valuable than greed; family is more important than personal ambition, and if you ever do manage to open a gateway to a parallel Earth, then just close it right back up and find yourself another, less perilous, pastime!
