Rayn uses a rogue breakaway faction of the League of Assassins as a thinly veiled reference to ISIS. There's no telling where Ryan is going with this story, but after reading the preview, it apparent that things aren't going to end well for Manta or Boomerang.

His full name is "George Bryant Lucas"; however, after enduring countless Darth Vader jokes, he has chosen to go by his middle name. Born and raised in the United States, Bryant is currently living with his lovely wife in the country side of Wiltshire County, UK.
