It's the best day of the week - Wednesday, aka new comics day! Following the slew of Marvel news stories that came out of New York Comic-Con 2013 last weekend (and if you missed them, you can catch up on the big ones

here), Marvel continue to dominate this week as they release a ton of amazing comics, leaving competitors DC in the dust. But there's one great DC comic out this week that regular readers of this article could probably figure out made the list as I always write about it when it's out, old chum. Also out this week from our friends at the smaller presses is the conclusion of a story arc before a big Event happens next month, and the second issue of an excellent new limited series, the first issue of which I missed last month but caught up and grabbed the second issue when it came out today. And I think you'll be pleasantly surprised to see what comic made it to the top spot this week, but not if you've been following this writer's recent work which you'll know has been extraordinary. As always, I hope you get some good ideas about what you're going to spend your comics cash on this week from this article and hopefully you'll discover a few gems for your reading pleasure.
