Joker's Favor is one of those BTAS episodes that gave you nightmares when you were a kid.
The idea that Joker could terrorise any old character given the right prompt was a terrifying thought, and it's just what happens to family man Charlie Collins in the episode. Charlie has an unfortunate case of road rage and winds his window down to yell at the motorist giving him grief, but when he sees the Joker's pale face staring right back at him... you know he's in for a rough time.
Joker follows Charlie, and promises not to kill him so long as he returns a favour for him at some point in the future. Sure enough, two years later, Joker tracks Charlie down and gets him to help on a series of capers. The poor man is pushed to breaking point, until he eventually snaps and turns the tables on his tormentor - all while Batman watches on, bemused how Charlie is giving Joker his just desserts.
What makes this moment so hilarious is the fact that Joker is legitimately scared. He just wasn't expecting Charlie to snap, especially after he'd been pushing him around so easily, and it even causes Joker to run to Batman for safety!
