8 Ridiculous Pieces Of Comic Book Merchandise (You Secretly Want To Buy)

1. Watchmen Condom

Despite being based on such a mature comic book, Watchmen's movie sure has a lot of merchandise. If writer Alan Moore was infuriated about the Nite Owl coffee, imagine how he felt when heard about Dr. Manhattan's infamous blue nether parts were the inspiration for a condom. While it is true that helping stop the spread of sexually transmitted diseases and unwanted pregnancies is nothing but a good thing, basing a prophylactic on a graphic novel about misfit superheroes is just bizarre. Did the whole concept come from the "We're society's only protection" slogan? What other bizarre examples of comic-related merchandise have you seen?
