4. Two-Face
After having half his face deformed by acid, Harvey Dent snapped and became the supervillain, Two-Face. He is no longer mentally capable of making decisions and relies on the flip of a coin to decide on his every action.
The villains of Gotham regularly team up to try and take down Batman. However, no one is willing to ally with Two-Face due to his mood swings and erratic behaviour. He has killed many supervillains like Magpie, Ventriloquist, and Orca based entirely on the flip of his coin. So, if he is such a loose cannon, why doesn’t any of Gotham’s criminals take him out?
Well, before he was Two-Face, Dent was the best District Attorney in Gotham. Since becoming Two-Face, he has built legal cases against every criminal in Gotham. If anything were to happen to him, Dent would make all his legal papers public knowledge, which would end the careers or lives of many corrupt lawyers, judges, and supervillains in Gotham. As a result, it’s in criminals’ best interest to keep Two-Face alive.
