9 Famous Spider-Man Comic Book Moments That Will Never Happen In The Movies

3. Norman Osborn Kills Peter Parker/Mary Jane€™'s Baby

Infanticide is a pretty horrible thing, and is not usually a plot point in a major motion picture that aspires to make a billion dollars at the box office. As such, the stomach-churning Spider-Man storyline that features a freshly back-from-the-dead Norman Osborn kidnapping Peter and Mary Jane€™'s newborn baby, and then disappearing the child (it is assumed that he killed her) will, in all likelihood, never be adapted to the big screen.

In addition to the storyline just being in terrible taste, having a superhero movie that is geared towards a very broad audience depict the murder of a newborn baby would invite such a storm of controversy and criticism from certain political/religious groups that no studio in its right mind would green light the idea.
