9 Most Messed Up Things Spider-Man Has Ever Done

Cannibalism is never cool, let alone when it involves devouring your 'one true' and then following up that main course with a dessert of your dear old aunt - but that's exactly what happened in the Earth-2149 realm that contains the Marvel Zombies line.

Earth-2149's Peter Parker's life is presumed to be very much the same as the standard 616 Spidey, with the usual origin story and the regular life with MJ and Aunt May alongside him. That was, of course, until a virus swept across the landscape of Earth-2149 and Parker fell afoul of an infected Colonel America.

After being bitten by this skewed take on the Sentinel of Liberty, Peter tries his best to hold back the urges that begin to take over his virus-riddled body. Unfortunately for Mary Jane, the infection is too strong for ol' Web-head to fight, and he instead ends up eating MJ.

Not just that, but Spider-Man's hunger for human flesh sees him then turn his attention to Aunt May - with Mary Jane herself turning into a zombie, who Peter seemingly kills so that he can keep the tasty delights of Aunt May's rotting corpse to himself.

All of this may have happened in an alternative universe, yet that doesn't stop it from being some of the more messed up things that ol' Web-head has done over the decades.
