Arkham Unhinged Comic To Continue Story of Batman: Arkham City Game

For those that powered through the story of Batman: Arkham City and were left wanting more, help is at hand. Announced by Comic Book Resources, Arkham Unhinged is a new, weekly digitally exclusive series that promises to flesh out the story of the game, offering a better understanding of certain story elements the player doesn't see.

Written by Derek Fridolfs, Arkham Unhinged is a complimentary series to the Arkham City game. The first storyline will offer a bit of backstory on the feud between Catwoman and Two-Face, detailing how they both arrived in Arkham City and leads up to their confrontation that kicks off the game (for those that downloaded the Catwoman DLC). Other story lines will feature familiar characters, both inside and outside of Arkham City penal facility. Fridolfs says of the story lines, €œSome might relate or tie-in to certain continuities of the game, but most are a chance to tell other stories and unique ideas and confrontations that don't occur in the game€.

The series will also take advantage of the huge number of Batman's rogues that populate the game, crafting stories set in the games' universe, relating to events that were only hinted at. Arkham Unhinged is available to buy exclusively from DC's comiXology store.
