A tech wiz with emo leanings, Harper Row would first earn the ire of Batman before suiting up to help him.
She would attempt to improve Bat-tech after Bruce put the fear of God into a group of guys who picked on her brother Cullen for being gay. These acts of upgrading would initially result in Batman rewarding her by busting her nose, but she would win him over eventually.
Under the guise of Bluebird, Harper would fight crime for a while until deciding to pack it all in and go back to college, which is where she is currently as of DC Rebirth.
