9. Dracula (Marvel Comics)
Marvel's Prince of Darkness would relish the opportunity to gain the powers associated with a Black Lantern ring since, in Marvel, hes not all that powerful at his base level (a lot less so than some adaptations of the character). The Count is a mediocre sorcerer with gypsy magics (the ability to turn in to a bat or mist, the ability to hypnotise and a reliance on spell books to cast his more powerful spells), slightly superhuman physical statistics and good hand to hand skills being his main powers and abilities. He also has the other basic powers and weaknesses that come with being a vampire. Giving him a Black Lantern ring would augment his physical statistics and make him very, very hard to kill, as the rings have virtually unlimited regenerative abilities and are near impossible to remove. It would make him a murderous and legitimate threat to the likes of Doctor Strange (whom, despite comics history, Marvels Dracula has no right to challenge) rather than someone whom Spider-Man and Blade can take out with relative ease.
