1. Guardians Of The Galaxy: The Movie
At Comic Con 2013 the audience was treated to a brief look at the upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy movie. Many people had been concerned how such a story could be brought to the big screen outside of a standalone animated spin on the Marvel Universe without it looking hokey and dumb but those concerns were laid to rest when James Gunn finally revealed his Guardians of the Galaxy concept art in particular a spectacular looking Rocket Raccoon. As the key character at the heart of the Guardians story it was essential that Rocket looked right and as he appeared on screen armed with his big ass gun and trademark scowl the Marvel Universe's millions of fans let out a collective sigh of relief. It was also revealed that Thanos - last seen at the end of Avengers Assemble - will appear in the Guardians movie in some form and will link the intergalactic movie back into the current Marvel continuity.
