How Batman Would Defeat Each Member Of The Avengers

Like his sister Scarlet Witch, Quicksilver was one of the second batch of heroes to join the Avengers. Despite previously being a villain, Pietro Maximoff eventually settled into using his powers for good - although Quicksilver has admittedly floated between hero and villain in the decades since first joining Earth's Mightiest Heroes back in 1965.

When it comes to a possible fight with Batman, readers of DC Comics will already have an idea of how the Dark Knight could stop Quicksilver and he superspeed that her brings to the table.

Being the ever-prepared soldier that he is, Bruce Wayne has the perfect way to stop somebody with the abilities of Pietro. It's an utterly brutal reality, but Bruce has a vibratory projectile already in his arsenal.

That weapon was put together by Batman should he ever have to stop the Flash, and the purpose of this projectile is to send a speedster into multiple convulsions akin to gargantuan epileptic seizures being experienced at the speed of light.

Batman hasn't actually had to use this weapon yet, although Ra's al Ghul did once use it on Wally West - with Wally confessing to his fellow Justice Leaguers that he was begging for his death after the vibratory projectile was lodged in his spinal column.
