8. It Could Feature Venom And Deadpool
Venom and Deadpool are two beloved Marvel characters, who were both unlikely to see use in the MCU due to the difficulties of adding them in smoothly, with Deadpool belonging to Fox, and Sony renting the Spider-Man movie rights to Marvel.
But Secret Wars - due to it being an easy way to bring characters together, and due to it canonically containing Venom and Deadpool - is a metaphorical golden ticket to potentially include both characters in the MCU.
Even a completely minor feature in the film would serve to add that little extra feeling of cohesion in the universe.
It's understandable that Deadpool is a particularly difficult figure to try and include in a film where he is not the main character, but including him and Venom is not only possible, but actively a good idea in terms of creating a universe that feels actively inhabited.
