What Happened To Everyone Who Joined The Guardians Of The Galaxy?

3. Angela

Angela Marvel
Marvel Comics

Before her appearance in the Brian Michael Bendis run of Guardians, the most interesting thing about Angela was the lawsuit story surrounding her and other various Spawn characters between her creator Neil Gaiman and the founder of Image Comics and holder of her IP, Todd Macfarlane.

It was confusing to a lot of people when it was announced that she would be joining the Marvel universe, since during her time on Spawn, to say she wasn't even on the top 20 most interesting characters from that series would be generous. But lo and behold, she turned out to be AWESOME.

Being an Angel that once served in the court of the Almighty, it goes without saying that during her time on the Guardians, she was the muscle of the group, becoming murder-besties with Gamora and adding a dry blunt humor to the team dynamic.

Her role in the Marvel universe has only grown since her time with the Guardians, and with luck, this heroine will start seeing movie deals soon.
