10 2017 Movies That Could Score 100% On Rotten Tomatoes

Making a sequel to one of – if not the most – iconic science fiction movies of all time is a task only a fool or madman would undertake; time will tell which category Denis Villeneuve falls into. He replaces Ridley Scott here – who will produce – and the plot will pick up the story thirty years after the original, with new lead Ryan Gosling trying to find Harrison Ford’s Deckard.

Apparently, Ford considers the script for this belated follow-up to be one of the best he’s ever read, and Villeneuve is on a startling run of great movies; Prisoners, Sicario, Enemy and Arrival. The cast also includes Robin Wright, Dave Bautista and Jared Leto, and with that line-up of talent Blade Runner 2049 has the potential to live up to the towering heights of the original.

At the very least it should be a solid movie, but with expectations sky-high hopefully it will live up to the intense hype.
