10 90’s Movies You Forgot Were Totally Awesome

6. Baby's Day Out

So this might be a one to cause debate, but it is clear to see that Baby's Day Out was just a less successful version of Home Alone, but with a baby. Baby Bink is kidnapped and manages to escape, so basically you enjoy an hour and forty minutes of comedy gold, slapstick antics and a light hearted jaunt around a city that causes more entertainment than your own town centre on a Friday night. It's no wonder that this film is well remembered and praised by millenials as it was the perfect film for the family you could stick on on a Sunday afternoon to keep everyone happy and quiet. It could be argued that this film was actually terrible, but because it came out when you were 4, it comes along with happy memories of your childhood and your dad laughing at the slapstick, laurel and Hardy style gags as much as you did. However, the South Asian market would disagree, with Baby€™s Day Out being a huge success in India, Pakistan and Bangladesh even going so far as to remake it not once, but twice! You go Baby Bink!
