Chris Tucker finally makes an appearance on this list (Im not an avid fan, he just did a lot in the 90s okay?!) with the stoner comedy Friday. Even though you could say that this was not a particularly credible movie, and realistically only glorified sitting on your front porch getting high, no one can argue with the fact that this very simple concept went on to become a hilarious trilogy in its own right. Friday has stood the test of time due to the fact that the concept is so easy to relate to. Nearly everyone can sympathise with a guy who just wants to take the day off from the stresses of every day life and get really really...stuck binge watching Netflix. The jokes are genuinely hilarious and have stood up well against the ages, with catch phrases even entering the new generation of meme humour with the classic 'Bye Felicia'. Despite promoting the use of soft drugs, glorifying unemployment and only containing characters guilty of horrendous racial stereotypes, Friday did relatively well at the box office and was met with mixed reviews by critics. Its also currently in the process of having a fourth installment made.
