10 Actors Arrested Whilst Filming Movies

If Natural Born Killers and True Detective star Woody Harrelson is known for one thing, outside of being perhaps one of the most underrated talents of his generation, it’s his penchant for firing up a joint should he feel in the mood. Which is clearly pretty damn often.

For the most part, this recreational activity of choice hasn’t massively impacted his ability to turn up on set and get the job done whenever he is required to do so. However, on one particular occasion whilst shooting 2009’s unexpected undead delight Zombieland, Woody’s weed came back to bite him and the production on their asses.

At the time of filming the zombie-comedy, marijuana was most definitely illegal when it pertained to recreational use in Georgia - the place where the majority of the flick was shot. So, it was only a matter of time before Harrelson found himself getting busted mid-shoot, causing the production to be delayed by a grand total of one day in the end.

After opting to give up smoking the ganja in 2017, the star has confessed to starting back up again, noting that he gave up for two years before running into Willie Nelson - the rest is history…
