10 Actors In Recent Movies WAY Less Than Expected

9. David Harbour - A Working Man

Actors In Movies Less Than Expected
Warner Bros.

On paper, David Harbour sounded like a fine addition to the latest Jason Statham movie A Working Man - a wise-cracking side character who can inject some levity and a little star wattage into proceedings.

Harbour plays Gunny Lefferty, a blind ex-Marine who basically serves as protagonist Levon Cade's (Statham) counsel throughout the movie. But honestly, even that might be generously over-selling it.

Harbour ultimately shows up for just three short scenes throughout the film where he has some brief chit-chat with The Stath and... that's about it.

Harbour's screen time is barely more than five minutes, and we get so little insight into who Gunny is that it can't not feel like a massive waste of his acting chops.

Given the obvious appeal of seeing Harbour sink his teeth into a juicy support role and exchange pulpy dialogue with Statham, what a colossally squandered opportunity his presence was here.

Hopefully he got nicely paid for it at least.
