2. Oscar Isaac
Oscar Isaac has already dipped his toe into the Mutant pool by playing Apocalypse in X-Men: Age of Apocalypse, but that doesn't mean his name isn't in the mix to replace Jackman in the MCU.
Isaac has made quite a name for himself in the previous few years after taking on some substantial franchise roles. He played the aforementioned antagonist in an X-Men film, one of the main characters in Ex Machina, and he plays Po Dameron in the new Star Wars trilogy.
Getting him to take on the role of Wolverine may prove difficult in the coming years as he is already slated to portray Gomez Addams in the new The Addams Family, he's reprising his role of Poe Dameron in the ninth Star Wars film, and he was cast to play Duke Leto Atreides in the 2020 remake of Dune.
With all that on his plate, adding what will undoubtedly evolve into another franchise/repetitive role may not be possible, but that doesn't mean it can't happen. This is an actor who thrives in multiple franchises, so it's not inconceivable he might one day pop some Adamantium claws from his fists.
