10 Actors Who Begged For Their Horror Movie Character To Die

When much of the marketing for this movie was literally the tagline, “See Paris Die” (which was printed on posters and t-shirts alike), it’s pretty obvious what early 2000s socialite Paris Hilton was going to do in the 2005 House of Wax movie.

An iconic photo of Hilton beaming by the window display of said t-shirts suggested she was more than happy for millions of people to watch her marvellous death scene.

She was in fact totally on board with not only her death in the film, given that she was a fan of producer Joel Silver already, but also the fact people saw the movie only so they could watch her perish.

Whilst her on-screen impaling (which she reportedly also loved) is impressive, her enthusiasm for her public massacre is perhaps more even so. Given Hilton’s public persona, it wouldn’t be hard to assume that Hilton herself was directly involved in the decision.

After all, if there's one thing Hilton does seem to love, it's the spotlight.
