10 Actors Who Had TWO Terrible Movies In 2022
5. Al Madrigal - Morbius & Unplugging
Ah, Morbius. It was only a matter of time before we talked about you.
The year's best film (for memes, that is) has undoubtedly been Morbius, the latest attempt from Sony to get us to remember that they have superhero licences too!
As much as we'd all love for Morb himself Jared Leto to be on this list, this was actually his only big screen outing of the year. Same goes for his fictional brother Matt Smith. Adria Arjona was in Father of the Bride on HBO Max, but that was actually good.
So, the burden of this blood-sucking blunder falls solely on the shoulders of Al Madrigal.
Madrigal plays Al Rodriguez in the film, one of the FBI agents hunting Morbius down. If only he'd caught him sooner, he would have saved the world a lot of trouble.
He also found his way into the cast of Unplugging, a road trip comedy about a family who decide to disconnect from technology for the weekend.
It's every bit as cheesy as it sounds with unfunny comedy peppered throughout. It also somehow scored less on Rotten Tomatoes than Morbius did.
Is that even possible?
