10 Actors Who Had TWO Terrible Movies In 2022

2. Keegan-Michael Key - The Bubble & Pinocchio

In terms of high-profile flops, few actors have had worse years than Keegan-Michael Key.

Whilst his old comedy partner was getting everyone talking with Nope, Key was starring in The Bubble, which is about a film shoot interrupted by the pandemic.

Key's role is as one of the actors, who's main moment in the movie comes when he learns to fly a helicopter. If only he could fly away from this film's bad reviews.

That was weak, but you try coming up with a Bubble pun.

Critics claimed that the movie was unfunny, which is a pretty damning statement about a comedy. They were also tired of jokes about the pandemic, which was very much in the rear view mirror when The Bubble came out.

Then came the universally-hated Pinocchio remake, Disney's latest effort to squeeze more money out of something they've already done.

Key plays Honest John, a CGI fox, which is good because that means his face isn't in this disasterpiece.

The comedian had been on a bit of roll with films like Dolemite Is My Name and All the Bright Places, but 2022 put the brakes on hard.

Guess the bubble finally burst... hey, there's a pun!
