6. Adam West
Known For: Playing Batman in the 1960s TV show and movie, which was the zenith of campiness but also extremely entertaining to watch, even today. West's trademark idiosyncratic delivery was copied by Nicolas Cage - who we'll be seeing on this list in a little bit - and adapted for his character Big Daddy in the movie Kick-Ass.
The Parody: West is widely known for his somewhat eccentric demeanour - such as crying when Tim Burton wouldn't cast him as Batman in the 1989 movie - and Seth MacFarlane took perfect advantage of this by casting him as Mayor Adam West in Family Guy. Playing the insane Mayor of Quahog, West essentially satirises his own daft reputation - whether he is aware of it or not - while smartly not referring to his Batman role too often.
