10 Actors Who Haven't Given A Good Movie Performance In Over A Decade

2. Laurence Fishburne

Another actor who€™ll star in most anything, Laurence €˜Larry€™ Fishburne hasn€™t been truly good since the underrated 2005 remake of Assault On Precinct 13. Before that, it€™s the original Matrix in €™99, and before that all the way back to 1993 for his underseen, career best, incendiary, Oscar nominated performance as Ike Turner in What€™s Love Got to Do with It. The last decade has been chock-full of predominantly supporting roles or straight-to-DVD films that are never going to show Fishburne at his undervalued best: Five Fingers (2006), Black Water Transit (2009), Predators (2010), The Colony (2013), Ride Along (2014). Most of the actors on this list have been doing their best work on TV, and Fishburne is no exception: he€™s was brilliant as Dr. Jack Crawford on NBC€™s Best-Thing-On-TV Hannibal - a show which looks all set to end after apparently failing to secure a new partner (NBC cancelled it) - and was a fixture on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation until he left the show in 2011.
