By the time it came to shooting the third Blade film in the vampire-centric trilogy, it was clear Wesley Snipes wasn't in the mood for, well, much of anything really.

It's been well documented how the actor refused to open his eyes during one scene which took place in a morgue, leading to one of the most ridiculous uses of CGI in movie history.

Yet, this wasn't the only time he refused to do something during this eventful shoot.

Patton Oswalt, Snipes' co-star in Blade: Trinity (2004), revealed in an interview with The A.V. Club that the leading actor spent most of his time in his trailer and would 'smoke weed all day'. He also added that Snipes would only arrive on set to do his own close ups, 'everything else was done by stand-ins'.

After Snipes got into an altercation with the film's director David Goyer, things went from bad to worse. Goyer apparently brought in a biker gang to act as his own personal security and the pair ended up only communicating through Post-it notes, which Snipes hilariously signed 'From Blade'.

The end result was undoubtedly the worst film in the series and it's not hard to see why.
