6. Halle Berry Was Hospitalised After Smashing Her Head - Catwoman
Halle Berry has been injured on so many films, it's hard to tell if she's unlucky or clumsy. She nearly lost an eye and almost choked to death while shooting Die Another Day, snapped her arm during Gothika, broke her foot on Cloud Atlas, and hit her head on concrete while making The Call.
As bad all of that sounds, her worst film experience has to be playing the titular role in Catwoman. Her costume was so unbearably tight, she struggled to move properly. When the crew made her outfit looser, her leather bra literally fell off multiple times in mid-scene! While shooting a chase scene, she conked her head on stage equipment and fell to the ground, forcing her to be hospitalised.
The test screening of Catwoman was so bad, the studio had to reshoot scenes one month before release. Sadly, this reshoot didn't seem to matter since Catwoman didn't break even and is hailed as one of the worst movies ever. When Halle Berry collected her Razzie Award for Worst Actress, she thanked Warner Bros. for "putting me in this piece-of-s&*t God-awful movie".
