2023 is shaping up to be one hell of a twelve months for the force of nature that is Jonathan Majors.

If shaking up the MCU forever with his showing as Kang the Conqueror in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania had you stunned, then wait until you see the level of commitment the powerhouse of a performer has put into the other two captivating roles he's set to unleash this year.

Playing both a body-builder and professional boxer in Magazine Dreams and Creed III, respectively, Majors definitely wasn't content with phoning it in. And after spending the past year ultimately packing on a whopping 21 pounds of muscle for his various 2023 outings, the idea of lifting fake weights once the cameras started rolling had the star telling those involved "you’re f***ing kidding me."

The star didn't spend a ridiculous amount of time carving out his equally absurd physique just to rock up to set and "use Styrofoam." Majors likened that to putting on fake sweat or using fake tears. And he clearly wasn't a fan.

So, the real deal was thrown onto the bar on the day and Majors was able to authentically tell the story he wanted to after getting his body into legit weight-lifting shape.
