10. Billie Piper
Well, it doesn't help that she keeps coming back. After becoming an honorary household name for her praised portrayal of the Doctor's first 21st century sidekick, Billie Piper bid her final adieu to the Whoniverse at the end of Series 2 when she parted ways with her one true love on the shores of Bad Wolf Bay. And then she came back again. Rose Tyler burst back onto our screens during the climactic Series 4 finale before getting the happily ever after she (apparently) well and truly deserved with her very own human/Time Lord metacrisis version of the Tenth Doctor. And then she came back again. The former pop princess made a cameo appearance during David Tennant's final adventure, The End of Time, which finally brought the story of everybody's favourite shop girl turned Earth defender full circle. And then she came back aga- Oh, you get the idea.
