10 Actors You Never Noticed In Movies

5. Rebel Wilson - Ghost Rider

If you haven't revisited the Nicolas Cage-starring Ghost Rider movie - and, honestly, who could blame you? - you might be surprised to learn that Rebel Wilson of all people has a small role.

Wilson shows up as a young goth woman who Johnny Blaze (Cage) saves from being mugged in an alley, after which she recounts the story to incredulous news reporter Roxanne Simpson (Eva Mendes).

This was only Wilson's second ever screen acting role and her first part in a major Hollywood movie, so it's not remotely surprising that folks today largely have no idea she was even in the film at all.

All the same, the comedic chops which would later win Wilson roles in the likes of Bridesmaids and Pitch Perfect are already evident here - she brings a hilarious awkwardness to the character, as she tries to explain witnessing Ghost Rider in a way that doesn't make her look totally insane or on drugs. Spoiler: she fails.
