10 Awesome Cyborgs in Movie History

1. Darth Vader - Star Wars Universe (1977)

Do I really need to say anything here? I can't imagine someone arguing against the inclusion of the cyborg whose black mask has become synonymous with corruption and evil. I'll freely admit that I haven't seen every movie featuring cyborgs. For example, I've never seen the Shadowchaser movies nor have I seen the Screamers movies (although I think people may be confusing androids with cyborgs in these films). I'll get to them eventually, but for now I had to leave them out of this article. There are a LOT more cyborg movies that didn't make my list. I think there are more cyborgs in film than there are robots. I'm sure you have a few more favorites. Let me hear about them in the comments.
