5. Game of Thrones Replica Iron Throne
For those of you who thought the Bond villain chair was a bit vanilla, try this one for size. Officially licensed by HBO, this is probably the ultimate man chair, and it looks utterly splendid. Fashioned from fire rated resin and painted fibreglass by robots, the chair is an exact imitation piece of the Iron Throne in King's Landing. This is probably for the very affluent or the diehard fan, however, given its eye-watering £20,000 price tag. However, the chair looks absolutely magnificent, though it doesn't recline and it would probably be hard to rest a beverage on the arm. The sharp points littering the chair does bring health and safety issues to mind, in that I wouldn't want the young or the hapless to set foot in the same room as this thing. But if you're lucky enough to spend £20,000 on a chair, it should probably be this one, don't you think?
