6. The Rise Of The Hand

If there's one thing that can have a big impact on the wider Marvel Cinematic Universe, it's a big organisation. Take the likes of S.H.I.E.L.D., HYDRA, A.I.M. and Rising Tide as existing examples - they've all made waves in the franchise on a grand scale - and one imminently-arriving organisation who could do the same is The Hand. No universe in which Daredevil exists would complete without The Hand - they are the arch-enemies of The Chaste, who are led by his mentor Stick (set to be played by Scott Glenn in the Netflix series) - and have had a number of members who are strongly associated with the man without fear (including the likes of Kingpin and Lady Bullseye). In fact, one branch of the group has actually been briefly led by Daredevil himself - on the condition that they no longer did business with the aforementioned villains. In the comics, they have faced off against the likes of the Avengers and Doctor Strange and could easily become opponents to other organisations, like S.H.I.E.L.D. for example, in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
