10 Awful Movies Dexter Actors Want Us To Forget
1. Mortal Kombat: Annihilation - James Remar (Harry Morgan)
How can a movie have so much fighting and yet, be so unbearably boring? That's the question many ask while watching Mortal Kombat: Annihilation. Its predecessor may have been cheesy but it made up for it with fantastic fighting choreography.
Unfortunately, the fight sequences here are edited so badly, it's hard to know what's happening or who's fighting who. Although the CGI was bad in Mortal Kombat, the VFX here don't even look finished! The acting is atrocious to the point where Sindel's 'Too bad you will die!' line has become legendary.
Annihilation could've been more tolerable if Christopher Lambert had reprised the role of Raiden. However, Lambert had enough common sense to jump off this sinking ship, forcing the producers to replace him with James Remar. Even though Remar is a great actor, it's abundant he doesn't have the same charm as Lambert to make Raiden even half as interesting. Considering the thunder god doesn't do much, save spout exposition every three seconds, Raiden's ramblings will leave viewers bored to tears.
No matter how much you adore the Mortal Kombat franchise, you'll be met with nothing but disappointment by watching this travesty.
