5. Halle Berry - X-Men 2
Bryan Singer's comic book film sequel is a much more well-rounded film then it's predecessor, featuring a superb emotional pull throughout the film in the form of Wolverine's origin story and a superb ending. With Jackman pulling in most of the hefty acting scenes, it's required that the supporting cast provide solid and convincing performances. Some, like Patrick Stewart and Sir Ian Mckellen predictably smash it, but others, like Halle Berry, do not. Berry seems to sleepwalk throughout the film, reprising her character of Storm. Her lines are delivered in a way in which she simply sounds bored by her entire character, whilst she overcompensates for her more interesting dialogue. A bland, forgettable and truly boring performance in an otherwise fantastic film.
