10 Best Hard Rock Songs Used In Movies
1. Bell Bottoms - Baby Driver
No other film in recent memory has been able to have a symbiotic soundtrack quite like Baby Driver. Though not many of the songs may have been known to the masses before seeing the film, this Tarantino-esque way of interjecting retro rock into the mix worked wonders when put against a badass getaway driver. Though almost any scene starring Baby had the potential to make this list, Bell Bottoms is the perfect way for you to be introduced into the world of this film.
As Jon Hamm and co. emerge to rob a bank at the beginning of the film, Baby throws on his tunes while jamming out in the car. Once the stakes get higher though, the loose jam happening at the end of the song stretches out to cover the entire getaway chase, as Baby weaves through the turns in almost perfect unison with the music. One minute the music will ease up during the chaos, and the next you'll find Baby flooring the pedal as the guitars come roaring back in for more.
From one second to the next, this is just the kind of pulse pounding action that both film and rock music lives on, as the viewer is kept on the edge of their seat until we reach the finish. We had a long way to go from here, but as far as Baby is concerned, this is just another day at the office.
