10 Big 2017 Movies Destined To Flop

Hey kids, remember that totally rad Vin Diesel flick XXX, where he played a badass extreme sports dude who’s also a secret agent? Or the really terrible sequel Ice Cube did when Vin refused to come back? You don’t? Oh..well, here’s the third entry anyway!

At one time in his career, Diesel seemed positively allergic to sequels, but that sure changed following the fourth Fast & Furious movie. Since then he’s done Fast 5–8, Riddick, Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol.2 and now XXX: The Return Of Xander Cage. While Vin looks excited about it, he’s kind of alone on that score.

The original is hardly a classic, and fourteen years later it holds no sway with modern audiences. The trailers make it look intensely cringey too, with awkward comedy, “rad” action posturing and a talented supporting cast – including Toni Collette, Donnie Yen, Tony Jaa – looking mildly embarrassed to be there.

Presumably, it will also overlook the fact Vin’s character is supposed to have died in the second film.
