5. Jack Black, I Still Know What You Did Last Summer
Blink and you'll miss him, Jack Black's part in this unnecessary remake is, as is the case for many on this list, short-lived. Playing as poolboy/pot dealer Titus, Black meets an uncomfortable end when he is met mid-session by the fisherman; another psychotic murderer who disapproves of the kids and their drugs. Sporting a peculiar array of dreadlocks and a white trash style of speech, Black is probably one of the stronger elements of this film; he acts as the single most successfully light hearted character. Unfortunately, there are no laughs to be had when the fisherman's trademark meat hook finally lets the claret flow. Although the sequel was unnecessary, it was a vast improvement on its precedent I Know What You Did Last Summer. Nevertheless, it is still a film that a follower of the silver screen could ignore completely without consequence.
