6. Eddie Brock Crashes His Motorcycle?
In the same clip that's been featured in every trailer thus far, viewers see Brock fleeing from some black SUVs on a motorcycle as his tendrils whip about.
The difference is that this trailer has provided us with the connective tissue to see how this sequence ends. At the 1:25 mark, there's a shot of Brock's leg clearly broken. But as Venom says 'we can do whatever we want' the transformation begins and strands of the symbiote snap Brock's leg back into place. Brock is also still wearing his sweatshirt from the apartment scene and motorcycle chase in this shot.
From here, the symbiote stands Brock back up, covering him as he grabs a henchman by the throat, transitioning into the reveal shot of the fully formed Venom. So although the bits and pieces are dispersed throughout the trailer, its made pretty clear here that Brock's motorcycle chase is not going to end well for him.
He'll crash and break his leg, leading to Venom having to quite literally get him back up on his feet again. Good money is also on this being the first reveal of Venom in the film, seeing as they used it for the first marketing reveal in the previous trailer and that in the apartment scene (which immediately precedes the motorcycle chase), Eddie is confused by the voices in his head.
