10 Biggest Unconfirmed Rumours About 2018 Movies

1. Darth Vader Will Appear - Han Solo Spinoff

Despite the production suffering a major setback with the firing of its two directors, the young Han Solo spinoff seems like it’s back on track.

After dispatching Phil Lord and Chris Miller in June, Lucasfilm swiftly brought in Ron Howard, and his steady, experienced hand has been guiding the ship since, with no reported troubles to speak of.

Weirdly - for a film of this size - we don’t know a single thing about it. We don’t know who most of the cast members are playing, and we don’t know if any other established Star Wars characters - besides Lando - will pop up.

But, if a recent report is to be believed, there’s a chance that one other familiar face will feature in the movie - the fearsome Darth Vader.

A source close to the production allegedly told The Hashtag Show that a performer was spotted on the set, clad in Vader’s signature armour. Since these Vader rumours only began when Lord and Miller left the project, this could be a result of Howard and Lucasfilm reworking things behind the scenes.

It does seem a little desperate to being Vader into the mix - like a move made to improve the movie’s public perception after all its bad PR - but let’s be honest, who’d be complaining if he did show up?
