5. There's A Ten-Foot Tall Predator - The Predator
The Predator franchise isn't currently in the best place - all thanks to the lukewarm reception to 2010's Predators and the abysmal Alien vs. Predator movies - so it's up to director Shane Black's The Predator to swoop in and return the dreadlock-sporting alien to its former glory.
The movie has a diverse cast of characters and will, of course, feature copious amounts of the title creature, but the plot is still a tightly-guarded secret, and we haven't yet seen any official images (or footage) of the Predator in action.
However, according to a persistent rumour, we won't just be treated to the traditional Predator that we've come to expect.
Whisperings of this can be found in every corner of the internet, from respected outlets to Reddit threads, and they all say the same thing; that the film will feature a ten-foot tall, genetically enhanced Predator, dubbed the Predator 2.0.
This information supposedly came from an anonymous source who's close to the production, so obviously, take it with a grain of salt.
Predators usually do tend to be bigger than the average human, but a version of the alien that's ten-feet tall? That's something we've never seen before.
