4. Elsa Will Have A Girlfriend - Frozen 2

Frozen 2 feels like it's been in production for an absolute age, but we'll finally get to see it in just over a year. Basically nothing is known about the film's story or characters, but according to one prolific rumour, we do have a single key detail: the movie will establish Queen Elsa as gay.

In August, Revenge Of The Fans reported that Frozen 2's filmmakers were planning on introducing a female love interest for Elsa. It's unknown what this new character might be like or who might play her, but the addition of Evan Rachel Wood to the cast - an actress who came out as bisexual in 2011 - added more fuel to the fire.

Speculation that Elsa might have a girlfriend actually began right after the first film, when fans interpreted Oscar-winning tune Let It Go as her way of coming out. If this rumour is true, hopefully it's not a case of Frozen 2 pointing out that Elsa is gay at every conceivable opportunity - it should just be a natural part of her character.
