8. Ripley's Game (2002)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AxaIV897PkQ You've all probably heard of The Talented Mr. Ripley starring Matt Damon, though you've probably never watched The Talented Mr. Ripley, because Matt Damon. Whereas that movie is pretty okay, the sequel - the basically unknown Ripley's Game - is considered a genuinely better state of affairs. And it's literally the only movie on this list that can make that claim. Starring John Malkovich as an older Matt Damon, this time as he's older and more Ripley-ish, the story concerns Ripley's manipulation of another human being - one whom he convinces to commit murder. This flick was never released in North America, hence why nobody knows it exists. Or at least, we think that's the reason.
