10 Cancelled Horror Movies That Could Have Been Legendary
6. This Man
In 2009, the world was gripped by one of the most haunting internet phenomenons in history. A website named 'Ever Dreamed This Man' posted a scrawny drawing of a man's face claiming that this was the face of a man who visited the dreams of hundreds of people every night. The website speculated on the origins of the man and soon spawned a wave of worldwide sightings and claims of people who had supposedly been visited by the man on the site during their dreams.
Continuing to spread across the world, Andrea Natelle's site attracted two million visits after its initial boom in Autumn 2009, with 10,000+ emails from people swearing blind they had seen the man on more than one occasion.
It turned out the website was a hoax, and rumours quickly surfaced about the whole thing being a really creative marketing campaign for a film by Bryan Bertino. The man's face was allegedly put together by combining the faces of thousands of people, and the website is still live to this day.
The film by Bertino never surfaced however, which is probably for the best given how unsettling this man actually looks.
